2. Products

Our products are original plush toys inspired by the CroissantCat® character, designed in France. Each product is described as accurately as possible on its product page. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes.

3. Orders

Orders are processed while stocks last.
After payment is confirmed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
CroissantCat reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of error, suspected fraud, or stock issues.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (EUR), VAT included where applicable.
Shipping costs are added at checkout.
Import duties or local taxes for non-EU countries are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping

We currently ship exclusively within Europe.
Orders are typically processed within 10 to 14 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on destination. Delivery time estimates are provided at checkout and may vary due to carrier delays or customs procedures.

6. Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with EU law, you have 14 days after delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
We do not offer direct exchanges.

In accordance with French and EU law, customers benefit from:
