If for any reason you wish to return your order, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.

How to request a return

We will confirm your request and provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrived damaged or with a quality issue, please email us within 7 days of delivery with :

- a brief description

- photos of the issue

- your order number

We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To be eligible, items must be:

- Unused and unwashed

- in their original condition

- Returned with approval from our team

EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw their purchase within 14 days from delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
