When will my order be shipped?

We prepare and ship all orders within 1–3 business days.Once your parcel has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your Croissant Cat’s journey to your home.

How do I clean my Croissant Cat plush?

To keep your plush soft and in perfect condition:

- Hand wash only
- Use cold water (max 30°C)
- Air dry only (no tumble dryer)
- Do not iron or bleach

What should I do if my plush arrives damaged or defective?

If your plush arrives with a defect:

- Include a short description of the issue

- Photos

- And your order number

We will send you a replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost to you.
